I am driven by the perspective that all projects are about people and the planet. So, I believe that it’s through a systemic, collaborative, and planet-centered approach that we can truly understand people's needs and co-create solutions that positively impact organisations, communities,
and the environment.
I am a service design and innovation consultant with over 7 years of experience in strategic and
innovation projects.

My approach
Holistic
Everything is connected and co-exist
System-thinking perspective that considers the whole ecosystem
of a project challenge. From people to their interactions and relationships between each other, but also with physical/digital touchpoints, environments, processes, behaviours and
cultural realities around them.
There's no innovation without value creation
Value-driven
Being innovative means creating value to people-organisations-planet. Value creation means meeting needs and offering useful and propositional solutions.
Design not for, but with people
Co-design
Participatory approach that believes that real value comes from enabling real co-creation. Shifting the relationship between the project moderator x the "users" by involving, sharing power and bringing to the table people who the project is about.
Every new or existing product/service have an environmental impact. Recognising it and considering it inside a project is the first step
to mitigate negative impact and potentially create sustainable
solutions for business and the planet.
